I ran my first 1/2 feb 10,2008 my time was 1:45:03 Next one is Sept 14th 2008 I would like to PR! I placed 2nd in my age group and 9th overall. "Ontario IE"

I am married to a die hard Mountain Biker! I have 2 girls one just got married at 20 and in her 3rd year of college. She ran in High school Varsity and is now my running partner.My youngest is 17 and ran track and cross country for 3 years and decided to take her senior year off from running. She'll come back to it :). I'm blessed with a great family!!

Ran mid-afternoon with kassi 6.1 miles pretty hot we walked an additional 4 miles as we
were dizzy about 95 out side. ran a 8:11 pace.
